This message displays the contents of a transmitted or received MKPDU's Potential Peer Parameter Set Each MKA PDUs (MKPDU) contains a sequence of "parameter sets": Basic, Live Peer List, Potential Peer List, SAK Use, Distributed SAK. The Potential Peer Parameter Set is present if the listed peer is live but has not included the sender's MI and MN in a recent MKPDU.
